Retail Training Manager
Reporting to Retail Manager
The suitable candidate is responsible for all training and implementation of company strategy on superior service delivery. .

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related course.
• Communication, Organization, Self-driven, Team player, Analytical and keen to details, Leadership and people management skills
• Relationship management, Negotiation, Coaching and Mentoring and Good presentation skills
• 5 years’ experience in a reputable Oil Marketing Company with Knowledge in Retail operations in the Oil industry and good understanding of the functions of the Retail business.
