Job Description:

The Sales Accountant will be responsible for supporting the sales and finance functions by preparing sales orders, issuing sales invoices through EFRIS, and ensuring accurate recording of sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or commercial environment and familiarity with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales orders accurately and timely.
• Issue sales invoices using EFRIS in compliance with URA requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support reconciliation processes.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and financial records as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or sales accounting role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be an added advantage).
• Knowledge of EFRIS invoicing system is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
