Responsibilities
Existing Customers & New Business Potential
• Preparing and sending quotes and pricelists.
• Updating customers with any price changes
• Up-sell / Cross-sell when appropriate
• Perform quickly to respond to customer concerns as well as provide feasible resolutions.
• Ensure to scan customer orders as well as handle payment transaction promptly, accurately and in friendly manner to attain Great Customer service and Satisfaction.
• Identify and handle client orders quickly, appropriately and in friendly manner.
• Supervise and ensure to follow refunds/returns procedure along with error correction.
• Contacting existing and potential customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Identify buyer persona profiles.
• Researching prospects and generating leads – Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before establishing contacting. Understand their needs, wants and pain points.
• Make sure the Team Leader has captured the leads on the sales funnel and progress as reported

Product Promotion
• Keep abreast of new product arrivals and their features and pricing.
• Learn details about our products and services – be able to explain how our solutions align with the customer’s pain points
• Train customers on key selling points and new products
• Attend sales educational training events and seminars
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

General & Administrative
• Be a team player and work with all other departments in harmony
• Report to Team Leader
• Track and monitor your work
• Prepare and present reports when needed
• Consult with sales team members and marketing team to ensure efficiency
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set.
• Participate constructively in sales team meetings.
• Comply with company procedure to handle financial instruments such as Invoices / Credit notes
• Comply with all organization policies, guidelines, and standard practices.
• Ensure clear mode of communication with all and especially with delivery teams regarding any customer issues or urgent orders
• Timely collection of receivables – A sale is not complete unless paid for.
• Monitoring and reporting on any marketing initiatives done by the company, liaison with marketing department. Timely closure of marketing initiatives and ensuring movement reports/credit notes issued.
• Timely and accurate transport costs and marketing float reconciliations in accordance with the budgets set by Finance
• Expiry management at customers to ensure no loss to company – use tools available for this including Google sheets
• Identifying potential training needs and requirements for both internal staff and for customers
• Any other responsibilities as allocated

Qualifications
• Relevant Diploma lever qualification and above
• Details of experience
• At least 3 Years of experience dealing in the sales and marketing of health supplements and natural body care products.
