Job Description Details:
1. Responsible for managing the sales development, full logistics and customer relationships for the company.
2. Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a daily basis.
3. Responsible for motivating and advising the sales representatives to improve their performance as well as hiring and training new sales representatives.
4. Resolve all issues in the Marketing and Sales department.
5. Increase customer satisfaction ratings and create innovative programs for up-selling.
6.Responsible for overall sales growth.

Minimum Requirements:
• Should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences in Marketing or any other related course.
• At least 5 years in Sales & marketing department of preferably a courier company
• Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
• Good computer skills.
