Job Summary:

The Sales Representatives will deliver company products to points of sale in designated service territories as well as building and maintaining good business relations with current and potential clients at all times. To maintain business relationships with clients, generate new business leads, meet sales targets as reviewed from time to time, devise means of improved service, maximise sales revenue collection and mitigate service risks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting procurement and stores in sourcing and holding customer-choice products
• Work as liaison between the company and the customer in all aspects including information flow
• Pick all sorts for customer queries and complaints for timely reaction of management
• Manage company assets including stocks, vehicle and records in good order as per procedures set.
• Participate in daily sales briefs and generate requisite reports as set in sales representatives guidelines
• Participate in formulation and lead the execution of the company’s sales plan.
• Identify, create & develop new market opportunities, contracts and long term relationships.
• Minimise product damages/expiries through maintenance od due care and monitoring of stock shelf life
• Continuous monitor activities of the competition and provide timely market feedback
• Maintain an excellent rapport with colleagues at work and customers alike.
• Represent the company in all out-door events in promoting of product & corporate image.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must be a holder of a Business-related Degree or Diploma
• Five to seven years of practical selling of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Uganda Experience in practical truck driving for over three (03) years
• Holder of Driving Permit Classes CM & CH.
