Job Description
UFFU is affiliated to the Australian-based not-for profit School For Life, and operates 3 schools in Mpigi district, delivering holistic education to over 1,000 primary and secondary students in 2 campuses located in Mbazzi and Katuuso. Vacancies exist for motivated and experienced professionals to join our team. A competitive salary and on-site accommodation will be provided to successful applicants. .
Key duties and responsibilities
• General administration of the dormitory
• Provide pastoral care to boarding students
• Coordinate with the school nurse to provide medical attention to boarding students
• Management of dormitory infrastructure

Person specification
• A Diploma in Social Development, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing
• A Bachelor degree is an added advantage but not a prerequisite
• Prior experience as a Boarding Matron or similar role will be a distinct advantage
