Job Description


The Spa Manager oversees wellness and

spa operations, delivering a premium luxury experience while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily spa operations and staff performance
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and service excellence standards
  • Develop spa treatments, packages, and promotions
  • Control inventory, costs, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing luxury spa operations
