Job Description


The University’s Stores Assistant is responsible for tracking deliveries, overseeing inventory/storage of products; coordinating regular inventory audits; maintaining up to date store records; preparing reports on purchases, pricing, stock, and issuance; forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking of running out-of-stock.
Qualifications & Profile:
Diploma in Procurement and Supply or Purchasing and Logistics or Business Studies; at least 2 years’ experience as a Store Assistant; able to multi-task; ability to work under pressure; good customer care; competent IT skills; a mature and practicing Christian who upholds the University’s Core values and Instruments of Identity.
