Job Title : Manager Sustainability

Reports to : Chief Manager Corporate Affairs & Communication

Role Profile: Responsible for the strategy and implementation of the Bank’s Sustainability and Corporate Affairs agenda to enhance the Bank’s reputation and stakeholder management.

Job Title : Supervisor Forensic Investigations

Reports to: Manager Investigations – Forensics

Role Profile: Investigate and document cases of known and or unlawful activities throughout the organization and take measures to detect, deter and prevent them across the Bank.

Job Title : Manager Merchant Acquiring Business

Reports to: Chief Manager Alternative Channels

Role Profile: To create strategic ownership for point of sale (POS) and E-Commerce channels. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize uptake utilization on these two channels, revenue generation and continuous customer journey improvement.
