Job Description
Support of equitable wealth creation in Uganda. The aBi consists of two companies; aBi Finance Ltd a company limited by shares and aBi Development Ltd (formerly aBi Trust) limited by guarantee.
aBi Finance Ltd: In 2021 aBi Finance transitioned from a company limited by guarantee to a company limited by shares in a bid to commercialize its operations and attract new investments. As an impact investor, aBi Finance Ltd provides sustainable financing solutions in Uganda’s financial services sector. Our mission revolves around enabling access to agribusiness and green finance, achieved through three key strategies: offering competitively priced liquidity through lines of credit (LoC), mitigating agribusiness finance risks using the agribusiness guarantee (AG), and bolstering the capabilities of financial services providers through Financial Services Development (FSD) and Business Development Services (BDS).
