Our team of professionals connects directly with students and families all around Uganda who arelooking for support in achieving their goals in the tech world. Whether a student is looking for accelerated learning or an alternative approach to standardized curriculums, our academic professionals are prepared to guide them to the best solution for them.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Meet/exceed all individual and team targets and grow a client portfolio
•Make outbound sales calls according to set targets for any specific campaign •Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
•Understanding and promoting company programs
• Providing after-sales support
•Advising customers on product options available.
• Market Research:
•Collecting information relevant to our products/ competitor products in the market and updating reports.
•Checking whether all product requirements have been fully satisfied as requested by client and if not, advising means of satisfying them.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum of Certificate or Diploma in Marketing
•Sales, account management, or client service experience Bachelor level degree in any major is preferred
•Ability to consult with students and families through conducting needs analysis
•High empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand families’ educational needs and make product/service recommendations
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
•General computer and email knowledge – We use Google Suite
•*Availability to work some weekends CRM experience is preferred
•Passion for being part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference for our clients
