Cashier/Receptionist
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting & Finance
• Responsibilities:
o Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide friendly service.
o Reservation Management: Handle bookings, cancellations, and room allocations.
o Guest Assistance: Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
o Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
o Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
o Financial Duties: Balance cash, process payments, track transactions, and reconcile daily income.
o Recordkeeping: Document customer expenses, manage accounts payable, and handle vendor inquiries.
Chef
Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Qualifications: Certificate in Culinary & Cuisines
• Responsibilities:
o Menu Planning: Design and develop profitable, appealing dishes across all meal categories.
o Food Preparation: Measure, mix, and cook ingredients per recipes; use various kitchen equipment.
o Kitchen Oversight: Direct kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient meal preparation.
o Team Communication: Ensure staff adheres to procedures; address customer questions regarding the menu.
o Food Safety Compliance: Enforce sanitation standards and verify food freshness.
Estate Supervisor
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel management or supervisory role
• Qualifications: Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Business Management
• Responsibilities:
o Staff Management: Train, schedule, and manage hotel employees; resolve staff issues.
o Operational Efficiency: Ensure all hotel departments operate smoothly.
o Cleanliness Standards: Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and quality.
o Customer Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints.
o Safety Compliance: Ensure hotel adherence to health and safety regulations.
o Policy Development: Assist in creating and implementing hotel policies and procedures.
o Communication: Maintain effective communication at all organizational levels.
o Skills Required: Strong planning and leadership abilities.
