Applications should be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Form 3, (PSF 3), Revised 2008 to the Secretary, Sironko District Service Commission, P.O. Box, 34, Sironko to be received not later than 28th September 2020. The application forms may be obtained from any District Service Commission, or Public Service Commission offices, Farmers House, 2nd floor, Kampala or from Public Service Commission website. www.psc.go.ug, office of the Secretaries District Service Commissions country wide.The applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number specified against the vacancy. Applicants must attach certified photocopies of all academic certificates and transcripts, registration certificates, a photocopy of the National Identity card, CV, three (3) recent passport photographs and any other relevant documents.
