Uganda Registration Services Bureau(URSB) is the institution mandated under cap 210 Laws of Uganda to deliver a number of registration services that aim at facilitating and enabling the private sector growth in order to create a better investment climate.

The Directorate of Business Registration (DBR) is Charged with a number of activities including Name Search & Reservations, New Company incorporation, Business names registration, Registration of legal instruments and other documents, Company related documents and Collateral securities such as chattels, mortgages & debentures, Certifications, and searches.
