Job Title: 3 Supervisor Trainee – Boiler Co-Generation

Reporting to the Superintendent-Shift and; Will be responsible for :
• Learning and understanding the operation of boiler feed water quality and quantity. Learning and understanding job allocation to subordinates.
• Learning and understanding the management of staff and materials under his custody. Learning and understanding staff discipline and motivation,
• Learning how to operate the Boilers DCS System
• Standing in for the Supervisor – Boiler Operations Field during his absence .
• Working under the guidance of the Superintendent-Shift
• Adhering to safety, health and environmental policy of the company.
• Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent – Shift

Qualification:
Applicants must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and basic training in Supervisory Management

Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years related experience.
