Tax Accountant
Location: Kampala, Uganda however can be mobilized to Lake Albert area, other construction sites or other cities as required.
Primary function: Responsible for the Tax accounting for the Company.

Responsibilities:
• Implement policy and regulations of taxation and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax payment plans
• Carry out Tax routine work, including monthly, quarterly and annual tax computations, application and withholding, reviewing and maintaining tax records, adjusting and reviewing of income tax account records and Income tax accounts for future reference, make and reporting the tax tables.
• Make timely and accurate filing and payment of income tax.
• Carry out research and prepare reports in response to tax audits.
• Other duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, finance, taxation, insurance, management or the related.
• At least 8-year related working experience and 3-year experience in oil industry.
Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of Chinese, Ugandan and international laws on economics, commerce, taxation and insurance.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP.
• Understanding of oil E&P.
