JESA Farm Dairy is a leading dairy brand in Uganda founded in 1989 by the late Mr. James Mulwana. From its small beginnings producing only raw milk, JESA has grown to become a home grown, commercial success story and a flagship East African consumer brand. Today, the JESA brand, with its wide range of fresh, dairy products namely: fresh pasteurized milk, UHT Milk, Yoghurt, Butter, Fresh Cream and Cream Cheese; has come to symbolize great taste, high quality, and innovation.

JESA/HR/PDN/13: TECHNICAL OPERATOR (04 VACANCIES)
Job Summary
Operate and maintain milk packing / filling machines in line with the specified quality standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Plans with the Factory Engineer in relation to required consumables and machine maintenance
• Operate the milk packing machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products according to the required standards
• Fee right packaging material to filling machines as per the set time and quality
• Carry out weekly machine routine maintenance and report any penitential breakdown to the engineering department
• Plan and request for materials for usage and conduct reconciliation of the received materials

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualification Diploma in Mechanical or Technical Engineering obtained from an internationally recognized institution.

Working Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
