Job Description


To ensure proper allocation and easy identification of parts in the warehouse ultimately timely delivery of parts to the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Adhere to Toyota Warehouse standards & implement proper Ware house bin location in line with TMC 7 storage warehouse principles.
• Receive parts in accordance with the laid down policies & procedures.
• Accurately verify & timely binning of the received parts from suppliers.
• Check, verify and bin all parts returned by customers in line with parts returns policy.
• Accurately undertake picking of parts as per invoice details and timely delivery to the sales staff.
• Accurate picking & packing of parts ordered by customers.
• Up to date filing of invoices and pick slips records.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
• Active participation in all company activities.

Experience and Educational Qualifications
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
• 1-year Experience in Store/inventory Management .
• Product/Automotive Industry Knowledge
• National Certificate/UVQF in Automotive Mechanics is an added advantage.
