Construction General Superintendent, Construction E&I Superintendent and Construction Civil / Structural / Arch Superintendent
• Organization and direction of construction activities, ensure compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Project Design Documentation, with Company Standards and Procedures, and with applicable international Codes, Standards and Practices.
• Liaison with Construction Manager to monitor progress and prepare performance reports.
• High focus on safely and familiarity with planning & scheduling systems Working knowledge of shutdown, maintenance, and startup of industrial facilities

Warehouse Superintendent
• Effectively organize and allocate manpower and equipment’s to enable expediting of requisition as per priorities, plan warehouse space as per business requirements, supervise picking, packing and put-away operations, allocate resources for optimum utilization and suggest and implement processes to improve warehouse effectiveness.
• Experience using Supply Chain Management software, including Smart Plant Materials (SMAT).
• Oversee packing processes for outbound shipments for compliance to country and customer specifications and that necessary certifications / stickers marking are attached to enable timely delivery of goods to the customer /vendor.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Graduate in any discipline
