The overall purpose of the job is to provide technical support to the finance function by monitoring and tracking of all upcountry customer invoices and handling all invoicing queries from customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Timely processing of all depot sales orders/invoices
o Ensure timely and accurate posting of delivery notes and goods return notes;
o Timely reconciliation and invoicing for route sales on daily/weekly basis;
o Ensure all depot sales and inventory related documents are properly secured;
o Review all expense claims by route sales executives and ensure accuracy and integrity of the expense claims by the way of verifying the supporting documents;
o Providing tracking information/reports for fuel and GPS trackers for all vehicles;
o Providing proof of deliveries for the presales to the Supervisor Accounts Receivable;

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
o Diploma in Accounting or related field
o Minimum of 3 years related working experience
