An excellent opportunity exists for you to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery in the position of: Administrative Officer

Position Summary: Reporting to the Academic/Administration Manager, Uganda, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for;
• Providing administrative support for the day-to-day running of the department.
• Managing the Front Office.
• Conduct payment processing. • Management of petty cash.
• Coordination of meetings and events.
• Supporting the procurement function.
• Stores management.
• Providing logistical support to all departments.
• Coordination of travel and accommodation
• Team supervisor and oversee facility maintenance

Requirements: Applicants should have:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a busy organization preferably a training institution in a similar role.
• Demonstrated competence working with Microsoft software.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, as well as excellent coordination skills.
