The Absa Uganda Apprenticeship Programme aims to tackle youth unemployment of graduates by facilitating a smooth transition from work based training to employment at the very start of their career journey.

Job Description
Eligibility
• Ugandan Citizens
• Graduated 2021 onwards
• Minimum CGPA of 3.6
• A Credit in Mathematics and English at O Level

Employment Term
• One-year contract renewable to two years
• Apprentices are eligible to apply for roles once successfully completed six months as assessed to meet the requirements of the Bank.

Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
