We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience as an F&B leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities
1) Run the day-to-day operation of food and beverage section.
2) Together with the F&B manager, design and implement sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.
3) Support the F&B manager to ensure that Brand Standards are upheld and adhered to in the F&B service at all time.
4) Develop a relationship with regular customers and ensure to generate a feedback mechanism.
5) Build a culture of excellent customer service within the team and beyond
6) Negotiate with clients regarding use of facilities for parties, banquets and other events.
