Purpose of the position
To support internal audit staff in undertaking audit assignments as approved in the internal audit annual work plan.

Qualifications and Experience
1. A recent (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field: with a bias in Accounting or Finance from Uganda Christian University.
2. Must have graduated between 2019 and 2022
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good presentation and report writing skills.
5. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
6. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
7. Must have excellent analytical skills.
8. Must have good computer skills.
9. Must be a committed Christian.
10. Must be a person of integrity and highly values confidentiality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. To review payments
2. To witness inventory taking exercise and confirming the stated values
3. To witness goods deliveries at the central stores
4. To conduct surprise cash counts within the University.
5. To follow –up on past audit recommendations
6. To perform any other official tasks and functions that may be assigned by the supervisor.
