Job Description
Qualification:-
• Higher Diploma in Mechanical Experience/Requirements:- 1to3 years.
• Operation.
• Should have good knowledge in Bagasse based high pressure boiler DCS -Should have good knowledge in Boiler and auxiliaries, including steam lines PRDS, Pumps, Fans, Bagasse carries Belt conveyor, ESP, Pneumatic ash handling system, WTP boiler water quality and other boiler related equipments.
• Should have good knowledge in boiler start-up & shut down.
• Maintain all boiler operations Record log sheets. Supervising operations and instructing them to follow all boiler section operations as per the procedure and reporting to shift in charge.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work conditions.
• Strong Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and superiors.
