Job Description
Reports to: Regional Manager
Letshego Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings, is a reputable and fast growing microfinance institution providing innovative financial services in Uganda and seeks to recruit professional, dynamic, result and customer oriented individuals who wish to grow their career in an agile and high performance environment.
The Branch Manager provides day-to-day leadership oversight of the branch operations. S/he is responsible for the achievement of the business objectives i.e. Sales, profitability, customer experience and compliance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications and competencies
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a business related course.
2. At least 6 years’ experience in the Microfinance sector with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and management skills.
