Business Development Officer-Retail
• •Supervision of agency outlets
• Ensure growth of branches/outlets by recommending establishment of new offices in profitable areas
• Ensure that MTP premium payment are online as guided by issuing department • Liaise with the marketing Manager to come up with basic business strategies for agency managers to implement in order to expand business in their territories
• Develop a Brand plan for the Outlets
• Coordinate any promotional programs within the branches/outlet that may be running
• Carry out market research and surveys as and when commissioned by the company Production of market statistics, intelligence and reports -size our market, number of stickers sold, class
• Enforce a renewals program for 3rd party clients and other policy holders at the Branches/outlets
• Conduct any tender business and quotations that may be assigned by the Marketing Manager

EXPERIENCE
• 3 years relevant experience
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field A Certificate in Insurance
