• Readiness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, or Kampala, Uganda (at least 1 to 2 years)
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• Capability to use your finance, business process, or data knowledge and experience in a dynamic environment

• Hands-on approach and “getting things done” mindset
• Natural ability to network
