QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Applications or Business-Related Course with a bias toward IT/ Business Applications.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, Planning/Organization, and Analytical Ability.
• Cross-functional, advanced sense of innovation, proactive and availability.
• Less than three (03) years of Practical Experience working with/developing and deploying IT-based Business Applications.
• Compulsory driver’s license

Roles & Responsibilities
• Liaise with IT and Business teams to manage and ensure the smooth running of all solutions related to customer experience
• Derive improvement schemes and works to ensure that the affiliate obtains & delivers maximum value through the tools/systems/applications.
• Create, Provide & analyse performance reports/presentations to the business teams.
• Analyze the Spooled reports to identify the gaps and improvements & implement corrective actions
• Offer technical support through troubleshooting and configuration for all assigned projects during planning, deployment and maintenance.
• Develop, ensure implementation and update of procedures governing the operation of various tools, systems, applications and project infrastructure
• Keep track of the vendor contracts and all documentation for installation & maintenance
• keep up-to-date Asset inventory of all equipment at the service station
