Position: Chef

Responsibilities:
• Work in the mess hall in the camp at the site
• Creating menus that meet the requirements
• Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards
• Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and meets health and safety regulations
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared on time and to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:
• Nationality must be Ugandan Citizen
• More than 5 years of work experience as a related Chef
• Capable of Cooking Indian, Pakistani, and Ugandan Food
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Certification in Culinary Skills is preferred
