To provide technical leadership and guidance on infrastructure, electrical systems, and electrical stock handling ensuring safety, optimization and alignment with supply chain needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and oversee implementation and maintenance of engineering projects and electrical systems
• Provide technical advice on handling, storage and safety of electrical stock
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to support infrastructure needs
• Lead engineering risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental, and safety standards
• Liaise cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering (Master’s an added advantage)
• Minimum 8 years of engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Strong project management, problem solving and leadership skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
