As a key member of the Executive Leadership, the CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial planning, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance.

Job Description:

• Lead financial strategy, performance management, investment planning and forecasting
• Provide financial insights to guide executive decisions and shareholder value
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and corporate governance structures
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, investments, and financial risk
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Cultivate strong relationships with regulatory bodies, investors, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• BCom or BBA plus CPA/ACCA and MBA
• At least 8 years in senior financial management in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive financial transformation and cost optimization
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and risk management
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
