Job Title: Chief Manager Cyber Security
Reports to: General Manager Business Technology

Role Profile: Oversee and provide strategic technical leadership for the design and delivery of effective cybersecurity assurance programs for the Bank

Grade/Rank: 5

Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related area.
• Master’s Degree in an IT-related area is an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications (Minimum): ITIL, CISSP/CEH/CISM.

Required Experience & Competences
Five (5) years’ experience in managing design, development, and delivery of cybersecurity assurance in a large financial institution or a reputable organization of which 3 years must have been in senior leadership position.
