Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities it required.

Primary function
• Responsible for the reservoir research work, including the project general arrangement and technical method planning, general research plan composition, and provision of professional proposals.

Responsibilities
• Provide the professional proposals in geology, reservoir and engineering for annual work program and budget as well as the other reports for approval, and conduct the due work plan and design in geophysics/ geology and reservoir.
• Provide to management the proposals in the oil field production predications and allocations with budget information.
• In charge of reservoir work related activities during drilling and completion.
• Bring into operations in the reservoir research, well drilling and completion design, and the FDP adjustment,
• Conduct technical support during implementation etc., and provide the support where there is a need.
• Propose the bidding procedure and strategy of the service contract and the procurement in reservoir and geology project.
• Participate in organizing and coordinating the bidding issues and service contract signing in reservoir and geology.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering or related.
• At least 15 years of the related working experience, Superior in experience and knowledge with technical support management.

Knowledge
• knowledge about geology and hydrocarbon reservoir
• knowledge about the oil contracts, technical management and finance
• Knowledge about the operation decision making and the emergency response.
• Knowledge and experience in managing the multi-professional and multi-subject team.
