Club Manager
A Restaurant, Bar and Night Club in Kampala would like to hire an experienced manager. Successful candidates should have prior similar experience in Uganda, and be familiar with modern POS systems.

Duties
• Supervise staff (5 to 7)
• Balance finances and inventory each day
• Assure food and drink stocks are maintained
• Arrange for local DJs and bands to play at the club, negotiating reasonable rates
• Arrange for flyers, banners & social media ads to promote the club and the performing artists

• Pay staff salaries, supplies, advertising and monthly rent from proceeds

• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports through the POS system
• Recommend improvements where needed
• Assure that a profit is made every week

Compensation
UGX 500,000 base salary, plus a percentage of the profits. One local meal included daily.
