PRIMARY FUNCTION(S):
Responsible for the Corrosion and Insulation works

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Corrosion and Insulation Engineer reports directly to construction manager, He/She needs to review construction ability of painting &insulation construction drawings, including but not limit to follows: crude oil tank, piping, oil pipeline, steel structure, Jetty facilities, heat shrink sleeve and PE100 related process etc.
• Review and approve all related procedures, reports and records of painting & insulation including surface preparation, Internal and external coating and inspection, insulation material handling. installation etc.
• Witness and supervise all activides such as surface preparation, coating, repairing and inspection etc. based on the related procedures, design requirements and applicable codes etc.
• Witness and supervise all activities such as insulation surface preparation, binding and covering
• etc. based on the related procedures, design requirements and applicable codes etc.
• all associated painting and insulation activities including
• Ensure the integrity and traceability of all ass blasting, coating and curing, insulation layer securement, weatherproof jacket installation etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

MAJOR:
EXPERIENCE:
• Technical Diploma or above.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical
• Corrosion and protection, Material Chemistry or the related.
• At least 10 years of experience
• At least 3 similar experiences working in international projects
• monitoring Comrosion management, corrosion Insp Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum Certificate of Registered Supervision En
• Extensive knowledge of petroleum engineering or petro-chemical engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, installation and commissioning.
• Extensive knowledge of safety on oil and gas industry.

CAPABILITY:
• Familiar with Corrosion and Insulation works for oil field site construction projects
• Have similar working experience in international projects.
• Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements.
• Good health is required.

MISCELLANEOUS
• Good at using micro-office software and CAD software.
• Strong executive ability, clear working ideas, strong communication skills, team spirit, good interpersonal skills.
