Track & maintain all collateral documentation held in support of credit, by ensuring proper control and follow up on scheduled renewals to ensure all documents are up-to date in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation

Key Outputs:
• Tracking & maintenance: Maintain the mortgaged property valuations tracker in conjunction with Credit Evaluation, Rehabilitation & Recoveries, Business and engage relevant stakeholders to expedite re-valuation of property due in accordance with credit policies & procedure manuals
• Reporting: Timely and accurate submission of all required returns/reports to stakeholders

Qualifications
University Degree, Economics, commerce, statistics, Land economics and any business-related field.
