PRIMARY FUNCTION(S):
Responsible for the equipment communication engineering works

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Site supervision for all the installation, construction, hook-up and testing of the equipment communication works in Kingfisher Development Project, this shall include but not limited to PLC control program writing and g and debugginger DCS/PCS/ESD/FGS control program writing and debugging, power management system (PMS), power distribution control system(PDCS), motor
• starter control, circuit breaker control indication, motor remote control stations, initial status, black start sequence, etc..
• Understands and comprehends hard-software of Siemens, AB and other brands’ series PLC products.
• Familiar with inverter, Human Machine Interface (HMI), servo control related product application.
• Analyzed the current situation of oilfield network, formulated the site selection scheme of
• microwave line base station, and promote the project through project approval.
• Review the telecom tower content of ITB. Participate in technical bid evaluation.
• Organize professional engineers to review and check the document of FEED and detailed design
• Analyzed oilfield telecom network status, developed telecommunication solutions, and promote
• the project through project approval.
• Review the vendor list and technical parameters of telecommunication equipment
• Discussion on communication technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Communication Engineering or the related.
• At least 10 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of petroleum engineering or petro-chemical engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, installation and commissioning.
• Extensive knowledge of safety on oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding to local construction codes and international standards such as ASME, API, IEC, etc.. CAPABILITY
• Have similar working experience in international projects.
• Have rich professional knowledge of communication engineering, proficient in communication design code, standards and requirements in oil fields or petrochemical plant language.
• Proficient in PMS/POCS/PLC programming lan
• Review the installation plan and construction plan, supervise and guide the on-site construction,
• and ensure that the construction personnel abide by the safety procedures and construction specifications.
