Job Description
Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Construction Team Lead, construction team lead-E&I is responsible for the whole E&I work.
• Be responsible for the personnel deployment and management of the E&I work
Be responsible for the equipment coordinating and management of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the material deployment and management of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the progress control of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the quality control of the E&I work
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 10 years of experience in the construction industry, 6 years of experience overseas, more than 6 projects execution experiences overseas
• Requiring work experience of minimum 1 project with 300 million contract value
• Being Capable of leading one team
• Skills of communication, organization, coordination, teamwork, decision and policy-making
• Knowledge of project management instrument management, progress quality control process of electric instrument construction etc.
Abilities of decision and policy making, giving different solutions, applying technical knowledge to analyze problems and create solutions, analyzing,commerce,being adaptable to different projects and project teams
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office like word, excel, PPT, P6,CAD etc.
