The job holder is responsible for Credit department for Alliance Finance Corporation Limited

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review and approval commercial credit proposals, Credit assessment and credit worthiness of the customer.
• Meet applicants & obtain information on loan applications and appropriately respond to inquiries.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Verify files in terms of established credit guidelines, process, and approval, main- tain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.
• Review loan agreements and ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services/products to meet customers’ needs.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Market financial products to individuals & firms, promote AFCL services to meet customers’ needs.
• Update and submit monthly data to credit bureau as per banking regulations, submit daily and monthly reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Minimum qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance with 7-10 years’ experience in credit management & Retail Finance working with Banks with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
