The CSD maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives

Job Responsibility
• Perform highly diversified duties of installation and maintenance of production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Performs machine work including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Operates a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas.
• Performs any other task as per management request.

Educational Requirement
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline.

Experience Requirement
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sidel Blowing machine and Filling machine.
• Expert in Fault Finding on Blowers and Fillers
• Expert in Troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in blowing and filling machines.

Responsibilities
• Experience Beverage manufacturing plant is a distinct advantage.
• Familiar with Carbonated Soft Drinks.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
