BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd is hiring Customer Relationship Officers – Intern to advise or sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan products and cross-sell other financial products and services.

Reports to: Satellite Manager/Area Manager

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Advise and sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan products and cross-sell other financial products and services.
• Conduct training for clients on financial literacy and other relevant topics.
• Guide clients in completing loan application forms and attaching required documents in line with BUBL’s loan requirements.
• Perform loan appraisals by conducting field visits to applicants’ homes, agribusinesses, and locations of pledged collateral where required.
• Disburse approved loans to clients daily in accordance with set performance targets.
• Appraise loan applicants’ character, credit histories, and conduct reference checks to assess repayment willingness.
• Monitor outstanding loans and the performance of the loan portfolio daily.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strictly fresh graduates from university.
• Not above 30 years of age.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to persuade clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrates integrity.
• Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision
