Job Description


Key responsibilities

  1. Be the first line contact for all the clients.  Act as the focal point for all information about the clients and mobilize of company services.
  2. Assist with Email correspondences
  3. Log all activities and documents in CRM: Email, Mailroom and Walk-ins
  4. Verify the documents and communicate on any non-compliant documents for follow up
  5. Receive office documentation and ensure accurate filing of the same; dispatch documents to clients
  6. Make cold calls to clients and follow up on client leads
  7. Ensure acquisition of full KYC for clients and carry out data entry
  8. Reconcile received documents vis a vis processed documents
  9. Compilation of weekly newsletter information compilation.
  10. Update client Reports.
  11. Upload and index client information into Fortis.
  12. Coordinate with other Britam departments on activities and events
  13. Manage, update and track calendars
  14. Organize and manage AMC Events
  15. Delegated Authority:  As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix
  16. Performs any other duties as required
