Overall:
Responsible for the discipline and welfare of students in accordance with the core values of VTI and Nurture Africa (NA).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the Guild and all bodies and activities that promote well-being of students of VTI including students representative council and offer appropriate advice and guidance.
• Advocate for student’s issues, rights and concerns.
• Oversee services provided to students including health services, extra curriculum activities.
• Participate in internal examination administration for the vocational school.
• Track and monitor student’s attendance in and out school. Formulate and review policies related to governing of students
• Give appropriate support to enable students to achieve their education targets.
• Guide student on the appropriate course to pursue in order to achieve desired skills.
• Support the Principal in planning, budgeting, coordination and reporting of VTI activities.
• Participate in any other duty that may be assigned to you by your supervisor.

Qualifications Skills and experience
• The applicant should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in education/vocational or Technical field.
• Possession of a postgraduate diploma in management or technical related field
• Registered with the Ministry of Education and sports or relevant body,
• Aminimum of three (3) years working experience in education filed
