Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function
• Responsible for the design and construction of oil field development projects.
• Responsible for the overall management of the design and construction of the project.

Responsibilities
• Organize to make and approve the overall design and construction plan oi the project.
• Supervise and direct the subordinates to complete the design and construction management.
• Bethe technical support to bidding process and contract management.
• Supervise and manage related design and construction contractors.
• Supervise and manage construction contractors’ quality of work.
• Manage the construction activities on site.
• Assist to review and comment on the engineering issues on partners’
• assets.
• Coordinate the subordinates of different disciplines in the lake site construction.
• Coordinate the interfaces between company departments and government.
• Approve the schedule of the project for the construction and supervise the implementation.
• Responsible for the construction quality, safety, schedule and cost.
• Direct the supervision and the other quality control organization to complete their management job.
• Coordination with other departments within the company such as QHSE, Production and CA
• Coordination with other organization such local community and local government
• Monitor the permits requirement implementation
• Coordinate the L&C department to facilitate project procurement, execution planning and interface management.
• Develop the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and all related Project Execution Strategies & Procedures under the requirement of PMT.
• Support internal and partners’ project deliverables’ reviews and approvals processes.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree or above in Oil and gas engineering, project management, construction engineering or the related
• At least 20-year related working experience including 12-year experience in Oil & Gas industry. international working experience is preferred.
• EPC work experience is required
