Job Description
M/S Chrif Enterprises Ltd was contracted to provide service operational, channel support, local, agency fees, retainership to MTN Uganda Ltd. Among the operational services include selling fiber to the home (FTTH) and Fiber to the Business internet services to selected areas of Kampala which include Luzira, Bugolobi, Kololo, Muyenga, Namuwongo, Nsambya, Lukuli, Bbunga, Muyonyo, Ntinda, Najjera, Mkindye, Rubaga, Mukono, Jinja and Wakiso Districts.
M/S Chrif Enterprise Limited seeks to recruit suitable candidates to sell internet services Fiber to the home and Fiber to the Business (SMEs) in the selected areas of Kampala, Jinja, Wakiso, Mukono District to fill the following vacant positions in its establishment.
Job title: Direct Sales Agents– Ref: CFG/HR/03/02/22
Job Purpose: Responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Reports To: Head Sales.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Serves customers by selling MTN internet services and meeting customer needs
2. Provide the sales leads for MTN products by soliciting business from prospective customers.
3. Attend or make presentations to corporates on Fiber to the Business (FTTB) Internet services.
4. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Advise customers on how to complete application forms for the internet services.
6. Keeps Regional Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Person Specifications:
The position requires the following minimum qualifications:
a) Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance from a recognised University OR O-Level with one year of experience in sales from a reputable organisation.
b) At least one year working experience in sales industry
c) Should be computer literate
d) Aged between 20 – 35 years.
