Responsibilities
• In cooperation with the CEO develop and implement security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures regarding areas such as privacy, loss and fraud prevention and to ensure security is maintained and updated in Mogo Uganda.
• Develop strategic plans and direction in security aspects of business processes;
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures necessary for protecting company assets against theft.
• Review and present reports to management on incidents and security breach and make recommendations on ways to avoid future breach in security;
• Conduct Branch audits and bike lots, mystery shopping, and other key types of controls;
• Create system and maintain a 24 Hour duty section with coverage for the Branches across the country;
• Establish and maintain internal fraud prevention framework, including security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures;
• Work with investigation reports in case of fraud and gaps detection and report to the CEO;
• Establish and maintain internal and external fraud prevention systems and reports.

Qualifications
• A University degree from a reputable organization

Details of experience
• Prior experience and training in security protocols for at least 5-8 years
• Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
• 2 to 3 years of experience operational criminal policy
• Experience with CID is an added advantage
• Field investigation experience is a must.
