Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and the safety of goods and people at different sites.
Oversee all maintenance activities on the company’s infrastructure
Ensure appropriate work procedures/Instructions are in place and develop new ones where necessary.
• Provide inputs in annual Maintenance and Investment budget.
• Participate in the tendering process of the company by providing, drawings, technical specifications, Bills of quantities, etc. on projects and other works in the company.
• Implement company CMMS tools and follow up on usage.
• Optimize the maintenance and investment costs/expenses
Provide technical inputs in the assessment of spares and equipment to be ordered by the Procurement section.
• Coordinate the provision of cost estimates of works related to investments to different departments for profitability analysis and to Legal Office for Insurance.
• Approve all invoices/certificates of works executed.
• Coordinate works at company leased/rented premises/residences.
• Provide technical guidance to subordinates and management.
• Coordinate supervision of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical contractors, while carrying out works at company or client sites.
• Actively follows up on staff training and development
• Monitor and analyses maintenance performance
• Coordinate the update of technical information, site data, construction and as built drawings, inventories, equipment etc. to ensure reliability of Data
• Ensure Annual technical Visit is carried out with the engineers, territory managers and the dealers.
Monitor and analyses performance of maintenance contracts.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years in supervision of Engineering Projects and Maintenance works in a busy environment.
• Good Management skills, Team-worker, Leadership skills, Effective communication, and inter-personal skills.
• Working experience in a Petroleum company is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in budgets and multi-engineering fields namely Civil, Electrical and Mechanical, with a long experience of work in Engineering, Operational Safety training and experience.
• Professional approach and conduct, Flexibility and adaptability, Excellent analytical skills.
• Computer Knowledge and use of AutoCAD, Word, and Excel.
• Possess a driving permit with a clean driving record
