Enrolled Midwife – 2 Positions

Job Summary:
The Enrolled Midwife will support the provision of safe and quality maternal and newborn services under the direction of qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Monitor mothers and newborns and report abnormalities promptly.
• Assist with safe deliveries and emergency interventions as directed.
• Provide newborn care and support breastfeeding.
• Educate mothers on maternal and newborn health.
• Maintain accurate maternity records.
• Observe infection prevention and control procedures.
• Support family planning and reproductive health services.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent.
• Valid registration and practicing licence.
• Relevant maternity experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
