Job Description
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business administration, health management, public policy or administration, development studies, social works and social administration or related fields.
• Three or more years of working with NGOs and experience in leadership and management at senior management level/Head of Program/Director.
Purpose
• To provide leadership, vision and direction to the broader CFU in consultation with the Board.
• To represent CFU to the public, lead organizational development and strategic planning, optimize financial performance, oversee program delivery, build strong relationships with donors and government, develop right partnerships with civil society organizations and oversee personnel.
- To work with the Board in expanding systems and procedures in implementation of set strategic plan.
